Theme: Local places and real daily life
Go where locals actually go — cafés tucked behind corner shops, favorite leather shops, hidden from the main squares, and informal meeting places where life hums. We’ll start in Sant’Ambrogio market with its buzzing food stalls, then meander through Via dei Macci and Via Pietrapiana, stopping for spontaneous tastings or curiosities.
The walk adapts to the day’s rhythm — maybe a stop in a record shop, a drink in a student bar, or a visit to an old-fashioned cinema still running silent films.
While we explore, you’ll also learn how to speak like a local. From ordering a coffee at the bar to asking for the check at a restaurant, from greeting people warmly to expressing awe at the beauty around you — everyday Italian expressions and gestures as we travel. It’s the perfect way to connect more deeply with the places we visit and with the people who make them special.
Optional finale: aperitivo with locals in a neighborhood wine bar.
